Lesson Bookings
Lessons must be booked in advance by phone or WhatsApp. We will confirm your booking and arrange a pick-up location within our service area.
Cancellations
We require a minimum of 36 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Lessons cancelled with less than 36 hours' notice may be charged in full. If you must cancel, please call as soon as possible so the lesson can be booked for someone else. This policy exists to respect the time of our instructors and other learners.
Lesson Conduct
Learners must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence at the time of their lesson. Learners must not attend lessons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of the lesson unless a block booking has been arranged and paid in advance. We accept cash and bank transfer.
Liability
MSM Driving School holds full public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Our vehicles are fully insured for learner driver tuition. We are not liable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
Test Day
If you wish to use our vehicle for your practical driving test, this must be arranged in advance. A pre-test lesson is required on the day of the test to ensure the vehicle is suitable and you are comfortable.
